Being Happy In The World

Being Happy In The World
Two solutions can never be posited to solve an important incumbent problem in life; even if they are presented as a plausible solution to both the problems at hand, both can never suffice to untie the same knot in one’s life. Only one of them can provide the solution, while the other one has to look the other way. Besides this, one has always to take some concrete steps in this direction. Whatever happens, there is no way one can solve an equation in life by merely thinking of solutions. Some concrete actions have to be taken, and they have to be taken in a concrete direction. Some appropriate steps should be taken at the appropriate time.

The time the steps are taken and the way in which the change is sought to be brought about is something quite important. Those who recognise the importance of the appropriate time and the appropriate steps are the ones who rule the world. They are the ones who have conquered time and done everything they ever could to get over destiny’s rulings. The fact stands that one’s destiny always works in a negative way against one, and there is absolutely nothing one can do to counter its effects.

The final result of one’s endeavours is decided by one’s destiny again. As per an uncoded rule, destiny always goes against one’s self. As it is, a lot of our life depends on our destinies. The point is we should do our best to counter the efforts of our destiny when our destiny is bent on going against us, and this is what happens in the usual case. Destiny always works against one. There are seldom instances where destiny is found to rule in one’s favour, but one should move towards one’s goal despite what destiny has ordained. Practically, this is a mystery. One never knows, reaching the goal may be what one’s destiny has in store for one.

A move should be  made considering an urgency of movement and when movement is the easiest; the move may even at times defy the dictates of destiny. Once the prime time for movement is past, absolutely nothing can be done to bring back the time that is gone, movement is not likely to be as smooth as it was to have been.  Moreover, steps that are taken now are not taken in the appropriate manner and in the appropriate direction is not easy. No one wants to move away from a comfort-zone one has found oneself in after so many years. The next step may bring promises of happiness, but one has to leave the happiness one has become accustomed to over the years. Taking the next step is quite an arduous task for everyone and beyond a certain time, and if they are not taken at all, life is going to be quite difficult for the person to ever move on at all.

The problem is these steps can  be taken only when destiny dictates them to be taken. One cannot move an inch further in life without the express wishes of one’s destiny. there is absolutely no way one can control one’s destiny.  It is entirely wrong when people say one writes one’s own destiny. Practically, one is helpless like a puppet before the dictates of one’s destiny. There is a pre-ordained and pre-planned map sketched out for all of us, and all of us have to follow the map, wherever may the co-ordinates take us to and whether we like it or not.

The final map is quite similar to the plot of a novel or even that of a puppet-show. None of us has an idea of the exact plot of the puppet-show, except the Puppeteer, and even the latter is helpless against the intricacies of a plot that have been delineated a long time before anything existed.  I have often wondered at the immense nature of powers He is believed to possess if He can’t effect a change in the plot.

All forms of worship I was brought up to offer end with a plea to alter the plot of the show in a manner. I often wonder if any form of prescribed worship can ever modify the pot or even the flow of the show. If it can’t, all forms of worship should be deemed useless. I  circumferenced the Kaaba with the belief that somehow the plot can be altered, but there is simply no way it can be changed. I was prepared to change my affinity to the plot instead of the Puppeteer, but I am reminded that the plot was delineated by the Puppeteer Himself.

All forms of worship in the world are not meant to alter the plot of the show; nothing ever can. They are meant to be offerings to The Power that created us. the show is enacted to please Him and with no other ulterior motive. The offerings I make to Him are meant to be recorded in databases as points scored in the world against all powers of the Satan.

Everything that happens with us is a part of the pre-recorded destiny. The pleas we make in lieu of the forms of worship are also a part of the destiny that had been recorded a long time back. The ones I made while going around the Kaaba were also a part of the recorded destiny. The databases compiled by the offerings I make before Him are to be opened only in the world I am to encounter after the life I complete in this world. Three are a lot of points to be scored when it comes to filling the databases. It is something that simply can never be filled, but filling it should be the aim of life.

As it is, we were created in such a manner that we can’t look at databases of offerings and be satisfied and happy. They are abstract and intangible. We need something more concrete and tangible to be happy. A solution is possible if we alter the way we look at happiness.  Happiness should not be looked at something that can be derived from tangible means. Intangible means to happiness are more lasting and much more fulfilling, but they don’t fill in the  criteria when it comes to evaluating happiness. The criteria need to be revised to propel happiness through all of us. many revisions need to be made to our lives, and there is just one life to do it in.

All said and done, a large part of the game of happiness and being happy and satisfied in the world is played by one’s destiny. It is one’s destiny that decides when to take whatever steps are taken by anyone over one’s life to be happy. One’s destiny is certainly not in one’s hands: there is very little or absolutely nothing one can ever do if the dictates of destiny are contrary to one’s wishes, but one can always do one’s best to counter destiny.
